Do you offer a price match guarantee?
Yes, we do. If you find the same product at a lower price on another Australian website, let us know, and we’ll match it.

Shipping & Returns
What is the typical delivery time for my order?
Delivery times vary based on your location and product availability. Most in-stock items are shipped within 2-3 business days. For custom or special-order products, delivery may take 2-6 weeks. We’ll keep you informed on your order’s progress.
How can I track my order?
After your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your delivery through our shipping partner’s website.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We can only modify or cancel orders if they haven't been processed or shipped.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. Custom or special-order items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged. Please refer to our full return policy [here].
