Shipping & Delivery
Standard items can be shipped within QLD and NSW.
Bulk or oversized items are currently delivered within QLD only.

If you are located in regional Queensland, please contact us at studio@flathill.com.au to confirm availability and obtain a pallet delivery quote.

Please note that heavy or bulk deliveries require suitable access at the delivery address, including flat, concreted areas and the ability to unload via forklift or pallet jack.

Delivery costs are calculated based on order size, weight, and location, and will be confirmed prior to dispatch.

Tiles
Tile pricing is listed per square metre or per piece, as specified on the product page.

We recommend allowing for wastage and ordering all tiles for your project at the same time to minimise variation between batches.
